Personality development implies socially acceptable behavior. This does not merely include soft skills like leadership qualities, motivational skills, and self-confidence. Personality development also means development as a multifaceted individual, whose behavior is socially acceptable.Educational institutions are places where social values are imparted and inculcated in an individual. So that the society can benefit. Here in Roots, we believe our students have to not only grow and benefit individually but give back to the society a part of what they gain.Personality development is an overall development which includes an individual’s social, moral, ethical responsibility towards society.
